New Theme select / blocks vanish

As you know I've recently had to re-install SMF and downgrade to TP v0.9.8.

I just tried selecting one of the themes from the previous install and it loads up nicely, except none of the blocks display. I guess there must be somewhere I select blocks per theme, although I don't recall having to do this before.

In 0.9.8 the themes have to be converted. TP 1.x does need the conversion, hence the reason you don't see blocks on a theme that hasn't been converted for TP 0.9.8. And since you didn't provide us with the information about which theme, then I can't tell you.
