Cant delete article from frontpage

I have Left Blocks, Right Blocks, Upper Blocks, i dont have Lower Blocks, Top Blocks, Bottom Blocks or Frontpage Blocks.

I found now, if i select this option, Featured article and front page blocks, in What to display on front page they disapear, but still there.
Still cant delet.
And i want to delete.

But now i have another question, my brains are burned already and i dont want mess anything in my forum, i need to be sure what im doing.
I want change portal and board size, what i have to do?
