Suggestion: Auto Scrolling Users Online List

I noticed that the list showing which users are online now has a fixed height. I was wondering if it could be made to be scrollable, like the shoutbox, if there are enough users online so that the vertical scroll bar actually shows up.

So, instead of it needing you to manually scroll down, it will just scroll itself.

Autoscroll is..a bit too much for that list i think. Being scrollable though will be added, I already did it on this site. I will collect some more changes, than post a update for these minor things.
