The bugtracker is generally for things that are proved to be bugs. We would appreciate if you would confirm a bug before posting it in the bugtracker.  You also need to read the Posting Guidelines[/url and apply as much information about your problem so that we can try to duplicate your problem. Right now I don't know if you're setting a fixed width on blocks, frontpage, theme setting, etc....

hey i tried several times and several ways but not working
this is the option:
admin > TinyPortal > Settings and Frontpage > Set fixed width

Set fixed width is also dependant upon the theme that you use. In fact, I think that setting should probably be removed as I don't think TP 1.x can no longer changed that since the code edits have been taken out of the index.template.php file.
