Admin Tiny Portal bloc is blank HELP

I know I must be overlooking something simple.  I have one forum 115 w/.098tp and it works great.  When I try to open a 2nd forum using the same stuff when I go to admin page, over on the left the tiny portal bloc is blank.  No settings links or anything at all.  Can anyone help.

The text for blocks, settings, etc. is missing from the spot for tinyportal.  Meaning I can't get in to edit any tp blocks at all.
