AdvShoutBox not loading

[pianoman723]

Hello, I've reistalled TP because of some errors, and now my AdvShoutBox isn't loading.  I found Smoky's similar problem at http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=23041.0, and I've tried everything suggested there (change permissions, run upgrade.php, reupload all files), but it still won't load.  In the block, and in the admin page it says:

An Error Has Occurred!
Unable to load the 'TPAdvShout' template.

And in my error log it says:

Unable to load the 'TPAdvShout' template.

and also about 41 'undefined index' errors.

What's the really simple thing I'm missing here?

2.   SMF Poll Mod   1.2

Remove the module shoutbox and reinstall it and see if it helps.
I dont know what shoutbox your trying to use of the two or if you have had permission issues on your server with other mods etc ?
