Shoutbox Name Colors

SMF version: SMF ver. 1.1.5 (Fresh Install)
TP version: TP v1.0.5 beta 1
Theme name and version: Default Theme
Mods installed:
1.     Auto Embed Video/Audio Clips      3.0      
2.    SMF Poll Mod    1.2    
3.    E-Arcade    2.5.0    
4.    TinyPortal    1.052    
5.    SMF Gallery Lite    1.8.3    
6.    Custom Profile Field Mod

For some reason the colors for member groups are not showing on the TPShoutbox.  I've tried searching the forums but only found people suggesting that the colors are not set in the member group area.  I have made sure that these settings are correct.  I also noticed when changing colors it only shows on the most recent posts in the shoutbox not older ones, so this is not the problem either.

The users online area is recognizing the colors I have set but the shoutbox unfortunately isn't. (Attached Below)

If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Well at least I'm not going crazy, thanks IchBin. 

Is this something that's being looked into or should I just learn to live with it?
