Forum hack recovery

To make a long story short, my partners forum got hacked and we had to do a complete reinstall from scratch(1.1.5) and a database restore. Got the site working again and because he was running Tiny Portal we installed the new beta version because 098 would not install correctly. Got everyting working perfect and then after an hour or so in admin we started getting internal server errors in various admin screens including all the TP admin stuff as well as the package manager link. How can I back out TP gracefully and quickly?

I think for some reasion TP is messing things up. The rest of the site works fine except for the package manager.

Replace the files with new files from SMF big upgrade package. that will remove TP from the site.
