To embed a flv file in your article, you need a flv player for your site. There are some fre ones on the net, although they are not very good.

Flv players & files are a good way to go, saves alot of bandwidth.

I believe adobe said they would going to add a flv player to browsers(especially in their own browser when it is released).

This is a good free one: http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?item=JW_FLV_Player
