Upgrade to SMF 1.1.5 error with TP

When I upgrade to SMF 1.1.5 (not with the package manager because it doesn't work, but i uploaded the files ) i get an error.
It's very same as the problem in this old topic http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=23547.0 .
My forum gives :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function TPortal_sidebar() in /home/kaweesak/domains/thailandforum.be/public_html/Forum/Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 228

I tried already by putting .../index.php/action=admin;theme=1
I doesn't work....

Somebody who can help me out pls

When i change the name of the theme folder, i get back to my forum but without TP and with a lot of graphic errors on the page.
Can this help ?

Looks to me like the files didn't get uploaded properly, or you didn't finish the instructions by manually editing the files that need code changes. Did you follow the manual install instructions?

which .mod file do I need to follow for TP 9.8.3 and SMF 1.1.5?
I tried 0.9x but it doesn't seems to be correct example in the index.template.php section...

Those instructions are posted in the forum as well as they are in the mod files. You use the version that coincides with your forum version which would be tinyportal9x-11x
