if i wanna remove this from my forum. do i just remove it via admin cp?

You should be able to just click the uninstall link in the same manner you installed it.

Then you have to remove it manually.
In our docs we have the guides on how to INSTALL it, you just revert the install instead.
Then remove the TP tables manually from the database through phpmyadmin
