Help please TP in smf 1.1.5

Hi i have a forum smf 1.1.5 ( vergin without any mod ) .
Server is set to 777 via flashfxp
default theme ( no theme instaled )
English lang
I try to install TinyPortal  via Package Manager but have this error :

but if i choose INSTALL NOW have :
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/thai.gr/www/forum/Packages/temp/./tp_install.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/pear') in /home/thai.gr/www/forum/Sources/Packages.php on line 552

I have temp in pakages
I install "No Temp Directory Removal"
But the same

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/thai.gr/www/forum/Packages/temp/./tp_install.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/pear') in /home/thai.gr/www/forum/Sources/Packages.php on line 552

You should seek help from your host to see why their server isn't allowing you permissions to do these things.
