problem with a link

hi all i am having problems with a link have done a search and its wrote as in the HOW TO? decribes ie HTTP + BBC tag setting
i have set some up and they work fine but for some reason one wont,it comes up with the http then the image
not just the image

could you cast a eye over and tell me whats wrong i have posted one that works first to show how i have done them that work and then the one that comes up with web address first is the one under the image of a calculator

the first code works by means of a clickable image but the second one comes up with url and image not just a image that takes you to another site,i have wrote them the same so why would the second one do what its doing ?

Seems like you forgot the closing [/url] in the link


and centre should be center

i have altered them to this and corrected the spelling now nothing works when there clicked ?

First, you should remove the


"target=_blank"


part of your code. The BBC url tag automatically opens a new browser window when the link is clicked.

I'm not sure why your first one works, to tell you the truth. :) The ending url tag should be after the img tag.

Give this a try:

thank you i see were i went wrong [/url] at the end and not bere [img]
and understand as to why it needs to be were it should be
