Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

cougar

Updated post with more info, my apologies for missing the guidelines.

IchBin

So what do you have set to display on your frontpage? Any articles or blocks with custom code? Have you tried removing any of theme to see if any one of them is causing an error?

cougar

The problem seems to be with the frontpage article, and only happens when a guest or non-moderator views it.  The article is a BBC article, no scripts involved.

IchBin

Does it happen with any other article? Try recreating the article as a different type and see if that changes the error or anything.

cougar

I've tried making all types of articles, all of them do not show up when I view the forum as a guest, but display properly when I am logged in. Is there a way to change permissions to view the article?

IchBin

Are your articles in a category? In TP 1.x all articles have to be in a category to show on the frontpage. Don't forget that each category can have group permissions as well.

cougar

Checked off the permissions for the category, and the problem appears to be gone now. Thanks for your help!
