I guess thats true if you are upgrading to it. The laptop has 2GB ram, 1.5GB processor and runs as well as my XP machine. Once you turn off old lady and baby girl mode.. it's fine.

As for getting the password, there are ways that you can do this during boot up. My collegue isn't here at the mo, day off.. but I think he knows a site that details it.

it's basically new not sure but guessing Vista..to me --XP sux, Vista prolly does too..thats why I'm Mac all the way baby!
