What elements are in use on the TinyPortal.net front page?

The items seem to be taken from the News Board...

Have they been converted to articles? or are they posts from the news board with the frontpage set to:

"Only forum-posts" and then:
"Number of forum-posts to display on front page: "   (quantity)
"Number of characters to display per forum-post: "   (quantity)


Are there any articles showing on the frontpage?

I ask this because I am having trouble getting article intros to work.

I am thinking; until I get this resolved, I could place the content in a Board with limited permissions and then include these "news" Board Posts on the front page.

Just as I suspected 

However, are there ANY articles included? or are they just Posts from the news board?

(under the Upper/Top Blocks - that is!)

And how did ya get the screenshot to do that (expand and shrink on-clicking)? That's not a built-in img function, is it?

Just noticed a "minor" difference in our "frontpage" settings page... Possibly yours is an updated beta version...

My layouts graphic doesn't have the grey part. PS. I figured out the thumbnail feature... It's part of the attachment feature!  :coolsmiley:

Still curious if any of that fronpage content is from an article!!

No articles actually..only blocks and posts from the forum. It was an article there before, thats why the setting is for that.

Is the difference between our screenshots (articles layout for front page) because you're using a slightly updated version?

I know how busy you are Bloc, but I've had a heck of a time with the Article Intros saving in the Admin Panel and therefore showing up on the frontpage.

Can you confirm this is a bug? If so, It has been submitted as a bug, and I will patiently wait for you to get to it...
