Now, another question regarding this, how would I make another buttom saying Downloads and it goes to a url of my choice?

The same way, and again, use the search, there are several hundred posts about adding buttons in this forum.
You have to investigate some of the things you want, we dont run your forum or administrate it, you are doing that

I'm a very big noob at this. Can you just give me what to put in for a Download button with a fake example url.

Look at the code you've already used and follow the pattern. Here's some hints --

The action for accessing the downloads section is

action=tpmod;dl=0

The action for the help page is

action=help
