Error in settings, will not hold panel width value, rendering horizonatol actually renders vertical, bottom width for grid or horizonatol layout holds value but doesn't apply value to blocks across bottom.

first 3 are set to show frame and title, last is set to show neither.

Confirmed on my test site to the grid seem to be reversed

Ok, here it was several issues lol.

1.) panel width did not hold value. Simple: you only set width for left/right, the others follow the browser window. I added a check on which panel we are in.

2.) horisontal did not add a "px" to a pure number for wdth. You can use both numbers and percents, but if you leave out the px it won't render width at all. Fixed.

3.) horisontal/vertical seems reversed. This was partly due to issue 2.
