Strange behavior of Right blocks

Yesterday I noticed that the right blocks on one of my sites was not showing.
I was logged in with Admin rights.
When I log out, the blocks show, when I log in as a regular user they show, log back in as admin and they are
gone again.

I had made no changes to the site prior to this happening...

Any thoughts?
