Please don't hijack a thread with your own questions that don't have anything to do with the topic. I'm moving you to your own place. Once registered I think you can change the language in your own profile. But that doesn't change all the language that they type in the posts.

Check this to see how you can change language settings without been registered.

You will find there also as IchBinâââ,¬Å¾Ã,¢ already mentioned that

Of course this command doesn' t translate the message contents.

However there are some solutions for translation, not perfect but acceptable. Look at my small article http://www.aeromodelling.gr/translate_e.html, altough it is for Greek webpage translation you will find interesting links that work for many languages. As an example

http://tools.search.yahoo.com/language/translation/translatedPage.php?tt=url&urltext=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tinyportal.co.uk%2Fsmf%2Findex.php&lp=en_fr BlocZone.net translated in French
http://tools.search.yahoo.com/language/translation/translatedPage.php?tt=url&urltext=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tinyportal.co.uk%2Fsmf%2Findex.php&lp=en_el BlocZone.net translated in Greek
(I hope the links will work, try WordLingo too)

WorldLingo : http://www.worldlingo.com/products_services/worldlingo_translator.html
Yahoo!       : http://tools.search.yahoo.com/language/  or
AltaVista     : http://babelfish.altavista.com/
Google       : http://www.google.com/language_tools

You may need to change the font size in your browser for better display.

You can' t rely upon these translations but you can get enough information.
