Error in TP installation

I am running the SMF 1.1.4 version and after i upload the files and press apply mod, the test gives me this:

I have downloaded it 2 times, but no solution. How can i surpass this?

Please give a shot at searching first
Make sure Packages directory is chmodded to 777 and there is a directory named "temp" in it which is also chmodded to 777

The prob is i use freeweb7.com as host, and there isnt an option to chmod just a premissions button which gives this:
u[r w x ]g[r w x   with a checkbox next to each option, and all are checked :S

Sounds like they have restricted the server settings so you possibly won't be able to use the package manager for TP. You may want to try the manual installation route if you can.

i think ill contact a mod to get him chmod it to 777

777 is needed only for packages right?
