Disable Demo Articles?

HOW DO I DISABLE DEMO ARTICLES o.o

You can turn them off (or delete them) by going into admin and then clicking on the Article Manager. You can turn them off, delete them or just edit them to whatever you want them to say.

I know but it still shows the little picture under Downloads that says "Demo Articles"

That is a block that you need to disable or to tell it to show something different. Look in your manage blocks section.
