Leander Lim, this error has been covered an answered many times. Can you please use the search in the future for your errors? You can continue if you feel you can make the changes to the files by manually editing the code that needs to be changed. You can see what edits are made in the Docs board in the modifications post.

Thanks for the respond. I already searched for few answers. I'm still new to this. As I read one of the suggestion was uninstall the mob before install TP but I got a bunch of Mod.

The technical jargon that use here seem quite new for me so I still not sure where to edit the code later.

In the menu of this site you have the docs, in there you have a section called HOW TO, in there you will find the modinstruction.
When you look at the modistruction, you have to look for the part where it say index.template.php and follow the part where it say what code to add where in your template file.
Look at that for a while, when you feel secure about what you have to do, go ahead and install through the manager even with the error, and then make the changes to the index.template.php manually.

It might be that you have some duplicate code after the install, so doubble check  the code your about to add in manually so you dont get it duplicated.
Most likly it is the array right over the button code or the button code itself that gives you the error in the first place. Other mods or buttons added by you make the parser not finding the code it searches for in the correct place.
A manuall check will show you what if that is the case.
