Problem with localhost install

Hello,
I smf 1.1.4 installed on a server at localhost apache because I have to do the tests.

Immediately after I installed 0,983 TP.

I have no errors during installation, only that the topic that SMF insert the first installation appears like this (image attachments)

If I click on modify, I can read the message correctly.

Finally, I can not enter post and topic.

What's the problem?

It appears that your TP did not install properly. If the package manager install doesn't work for you, then you'll need to manually install the package.

I haven't error during install.
If I install new SMF and install other MOD, the other MOD working correctly. I have the problem only when intall TP.

It's possible that the problem is a charset or conversion of HTML entity?
