I just totally reinstalled my smf AND tp 1.0.5, and I get the same problem I had before.  Blocks simply are no more.  I can edit them in Admin, turn them off and on to my heart's content, but they just won't actually show up anywhere.  Anybody know an answer?

G6Cad

You ARE using smf Default core theme ?

pianoman723

No, I'm running Triton.  I'll switch and see what happens...

can you send me a temp admin account in PM please so i can check this ?

G6Cad

Ok, checked and the blocks were not set to show on any board or function.
Admin/TinyPortal/Blocks and panels/
edit the blocks one by one and where it have the red line ( this block is not set to show anywhere) click the edit block and check the catboxes to where you want the blocks to show up.
I turned on the left blocks to show everywhere and they show up and work as they should :)
The rest of the blocks you have to edit your self  :P

Marking this one as solved.

That was my first thought - check the visible options of the blocks. :)

Cool, thanks a bunch guys.  Knew it had to be something simple like that.  Everything's good now, except I can't get my one top block to appear on the home page.  Curious, but ultimately inconsequential I suppose.

This is how a support forum ought to work.  You guys are champs!
