problem with TinyPortal 0.983

i'm having a problem with getting tinyportal software to work i have attached a screen shot of the problem in one aria

basicaly after installation the software dose not display some of the items

please help

i think that if i can get it working this will work for my site it is a test site that was just installed and configurd. so it does not matter if i may messup on the site

their are a couple of places that it does this but the screen shot is the most important

1. TinyPortal 0.983 
2. SMF 1.1.4

also can not seem to find out wear to find Blocks and addition components on this site  if anyone can tell me where to find them i would realy appicate it

thanks i was at work trying get the info but couln't seem to find it. i'll try to get it in the right spot in the future
