RSS Feeds for TP?

Visit www.DynamicDrive.com and look in the XML/RSS section. The gAjax RSS Feeds Displayer is powered by Google and works great with themes in TP. It does require to obtain a free API key from Google- which only takes a few minutes.

It is very flexible with options and only takes a few lines of code to push out a feed. Also, Google maintains the backend script which updates to accommodate different types of feeds.

All transparent - no Google taglines or anything, just the RSS feed. Look at my system [shameless plug: here] to see how it looks. (or doesn't?)

I am getting the error as pointed out above but I am unable to access my admin panel to change the settings back!

Anyone be so kind as to point me in the right direction?

Have you tried a direct URL to your admin panel?

  • /index.php?action=admin

Yep tried that and all i get is the Admin page. when ever i click a linkit reverts back to the RSS - XML ERROR

I have tried using /index.php?action=admin;noblocks too.

Help! is there any way of turning off the RSS feed other than via the Adminpage?

index.php?action=admin;noblocks will get you back in without viewing the blocks.

Looks like hes tried that Ich :(

Some how I skimmed right over that.  :idiot2:

If you don't know how to turn the blocks off in the admin section use a theme that doesn't have the TP code in it. Then access your admin section.

Otherwise you can just edit the code out of the index.template.php file to do the same thing.
