Hello There,
I used alot of portal systems for my website but lately i started to use tinyportal +smf and i found it really great, smooth and fast i liked it alot and i also recommended it to all my affiliates and friends and most of them started to use it neways, i installed tinyportal and it's working great but iam facing these days a really huge problem, i uses the built-in download manager i uploded all my downloads and adjusted the permission to make my downloads only available for members but if you are a guest and clicked download a blank download page will appear and the guest will start to think that there's no downloads in the first place i got alot of complains about this issue and i named this problem as bug because it's a bug so if anyone could help me making the downloads visible for guests but when they click download it takes them to login page and after they login download starts, i want everything in detail which code should be replaced and which code should be modified and in what pages with full path to files because iam not php expert thanks for anyone gives me his attention to fix this problem and i think that alot of users will use it too cuz this issue is alittle bit buggy  :-\

There are no options to let the guests see the downloads you have.
However a search in the block code and snippets bord hold a modification to let them see, but you have to manually add the code to your files.

iam a php noob i got nothing from your message and if it's that hard to be done is there any chance to redirect them to login page then make them download after login !!

What i said was that you have a block code and snippet (workaround) to let your guests see the content in the downloads, but they cannot download if they are not registerd.

The board we have where you can find a lot of diffrent "extras" for your SMF and TP site are called "block code and snippets"

To your second question the answer is no.  You will have several more ways to handle your downloads in the next release of TP though. But it is still pretty far away from a release.
