Create New Article button link in article page...

How can i put the button in article page below the user comment for create new article?

a lot easier and not TP intrusive would be using a block with a link http://yoursite.com/index.php?action=tpadmin;sa=addarticle
if not then you would have to tweak the deafult tp files...which and how I don't know...
