I need some help aligning things on my homepage.
I want to place my google ads as a header but instead of it being placed up top centered... then the page starts. It acts like its a middle block and shuves everything off to the right.

Its a new forum and i am using the global header and footer mod.

I like how the ads look when its out of the homepage in in the forums...

You need to reduce the size of the banner ad, or increase the width of the forum to accommodate the ad.. or lose either a right or left panel.

Theres no way to make the left and right block appear under the ad instead of being on the same line?

Example the 8's are the left and right block and the ____ is the banner ad.

888______888

     _______
     88     88

like this ^

I really want that size because it looks nice when your in the forum page but it messes up the homepage.

Are you using the Ad Management mod from SMF? I am not sure if it will achieve what you are looking for, it can be found here you may also have to make some changes to the theme you are using for it to work

Ok i couldn't get it to show correct with the ad mod so i plugged in the ad manually...

For the top ad...
go to edit theme > index.template.php > box starting on 142
insert the ad code right before the last  <div>';

and for the bottom ad go to edit box 366 and place your ad right AFTER this
// Show the "Powered by" and "Valid" logos, as well as the copyright. Remember, the copyright must be somewhere!
   echo '
                     </div>
AD CODE HERE

as you can see its properly aligned now and looks good!
