Error message when Applying Mod Tiny Portal

When checking the install I get the following error message, but Im not sure why or what to check.  Im new to SMF and Tiny Portal.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have the latest versions of both packages.

10.     Execute Modification     ./Themes/default/index.template.php
