How to display quick reply in a block?

I want to display a quick reply from certain topic in a block. How can I do this.

I already look for the display.template.php and find and copy this code in center block but some errors occured.

Perhaps I will manually set the topic no. in which the reply will post and the "re:sample topic" but I don't know what part of the code that I must edit. Hope someone could help. Thanks in advance
