Articles Options help

I want to make a frontpage block with the code that executes when  you choose on tp settings to just show articles on frontpage.
It´s just copy the pice of code that it´s executed and add it to a ph block? where it´s that code? I tried to find it but nothing :/ .thanks

or then, how can I make that when you choose to show frontpage blocks and articles on the frontpage it shows not only the last articles but the last articles and the [1][2]...etc links to the other older articles?

Please use a descriptive topic title
