A pretty easy issue but didn't find the answer... I want to create a new smf/tp install. What my issue is is can I move all the current users into the new install without the posts? Essentially the user DB only maybe?

I think it can be done. However, I'm not the best person to try and guide you through it.

But yes, you get it from your DB.

This is actually more of an issue that you should research on the SMF site, they have lots of posts on the question as well as a Docs section that you should find useful in your quest.
