Auto-refreshing News Block

Alright I've FINALLY solved my board index news fader issues.  (NOTE: not only do you have to change the 3-digit codes to 6-digit codes, you have to change the word codes [black, red, etc] to 6-digit codes as well)

However, I'm still stuck at my original problems.

When I try to go to 'News & Newsletters --> Settings' I get:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /hsphere/local/home/aaronwad/concordstudentworship.com/Plugins/mboard/Sources/ManagePermissions.php on line 1342

Here's a snippet from my ManagePermissions.php:  (I haven't changed anything at all since my install of 0.9.8 )

Also, while it's all well and good to have the news fader working on my Forum page, I'd really love to replace it with the News Block, which I can display on all pages.  Unfortunately, my News Block still isn't fading.  Do I have two seperate issues here, or is there one thing that will fix these things?

I assume you mean the Hex colour code you use in the News you post? And not an actual file?

eg; not #ff0
or Pink
But: #ff00ff

No I mean all the codes in all the .css files in my theme directory.  Please see the link in Lesmond's reply above.
