Error when i Try to install

When I try to install TP and entered into tp_install.php I get this error. I tried to do it again 10000 times and I always happens. Any solution?

Please read the Documentation. You do not install TP accessing the install.php file in your browser. You either use the package manager of SMF or manually install it. Instructions are in the Docs board.
