Download problems

Can anyone help me work out why I can't download TP? I've tried in both SeaMonkey and IE and keep getting the message that I am not allowed to access this section. To start at the beginning, I've logged in, then when I can see my username in the greeting on the homepage, I click the link to DL TP... then I get to the page with the DL button... I click this (and at this point my username still shows on the left), and then I get the "You are not allowed to access this section" message and the box on the left says I'm logged out... 

I log back in and try again... but the same thing happens. I've deleted my cookies and retried and nothing... 

Any ideas?

Actually you are NOT logged in when you try to download TP.
Look at the left hand block, you will see that it asks you to log in.
The reason is that most urls have tinyportals.net but that section in the downloads have tinyportal.co.uk

I did mention that the left hand block states that I'm not logged in, yet when I click that to log in i still can't access the download.... If I log in on tinyportal.co.uk and then tried to download its denied, if I log in on tinyportal.co.uk I still can't download...

Also the download page shows as tinyportal.co.uk.
