manual install mySQL error - solution

after i've installed the manual install of TinyPortal v0.9.8 on SMF 1.1.4 i got the following error:

Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='

i searched the forum and didn't found the reason  i try to do the damn manual install again but the same error but than god create google and i found the light.
all you need to do is to set the all collations on the fresh tp tables to utf8 as all the db like and voualla. enjoy  :laugh:

They don't have to be utf8. They just need to be the same as the other DB tables. So you don't have a mix of different collations.
