Fresh SMF 1.1.4 install + fresh tiny portal 0.983

The reason that no one has just posted them is it is against smf's license that you agree to when you use the software that you would not distribute the smf files.  So any talk of distributing the files or posting modded files will be frowned upon . 

Ahhh I didn't realize they frowned upon this.

hyman, if you use the search you'll find that your error has been poste many, many times with the fix along with it.
