Show block in board index, but not in the topics

In TP you have an option (a good one) to show TP blocks only in certain boards like i made in untiteld.gif
But when entering a topic within that same board, the block is still there while i don't really want it there. It's taking a bit of space, while the space below at the right side is just empty. Topic that strech way down are then "cut off" on the right side witch is not really estetic if you understand me (look at the untiteld1.gif)

On one phpbb forum i saw this stuff. It has also a kind of blocks on the board index, but when entering a topic within a boardindex, you could only see the posts without any blocks...

This can't be acheived without custom blocks with some PHP code to do it. Until TP 1.0 that is, as there are many more features for blocks like this.
If you search my posts you'll find that I've posted code for this quite a few times.
