When I got to my permissions in admin under personal messages and above member profiles, is a messed up space. If this space is the tp permissions, how can I fix this. And how can I create my own blocks? I want to put ads in it.

Permissions for what? What messed up space? We need to see it if you want us to help fix it. Create your own block by going into TPAdmin and editing blocks.

Its not TP permissions..rather it seems like missing language strings. Maybe an other mod's strings?
