Hi, when i click article manager or block manager in tp admin i am getting only a blank screen, doesnt seem to happen with any other admin sections.

I have used WAMP to setup apach and mysql the forum is working fine but just these blank screen problems, can anyone shed any light on this?

Many thanks in advance

You probably have a wrongly installed TP mod.
Download the tp manuall install package and extract the files, upload them and replace the files with the new ones. Then make sure you have all the codeedits to the SMF files in order with help from the mod instructions we have in our doc page :)

biggsy

thanks, if i cant fix it, how much would you charge to check it for me?

G6Cad

To check it i wont charge you anything, but it's really not hard to check, open your forum files through FTP and make sure the files from the TP packages are in your forum folder and that they are complete (no zerobyte) Also to check if the TP code are correct in the files, you open the file and check and compare with the tp mod instruction that the code is added in them.

From what theme do you have this btw ?
It could be that you have a wrong theme version installed (make sure it works from Default smf Core theme)

biggsy

i reinstalled the theme, and tinyportal so it must be a problem with apache, php or the smf files.

If you could have a look i would really aprreciate it, if there is anything i can do in return i would be happy to.

Its probably easier for you if you login to our server with remote access then you will be able to edit the files without the stress of downloadin them etc.

I PM'd you the server login info.

Thankyou please.

I tried with the account you sended me, but it shows a diffrent path in the FTP then you have the forum installd to.
Also, you really need to have everything working on the DEFAULT SMF theme before you start to install other themes to the site. The SMF Default is the base and foundation of everything in your site, if you have issues there, they will be even worse in other themes if you install them.

Always use Defult when you are working, installing, changing thisng to the scripts, that way you will always be sure that the base is steady and a good ground to build on :)
