1.14 and tp .983 errors ascii=92 and a t-constant

Trying to  use  a php  block in the center  and  this is the  errors  I am  recieving there.  Could  you  tell me   what  i should   or am  doing   incorrectly.   I  upgraded  to  1.14  and  this is  what  I am   gettoing   most  times  i try  to   put any new  blocks  up.

Those errors are not caused by Tiny Portal, they are being caused by the code in the block, there are errors with the code syntax.
