I am currently using TP for a Warcraft Map, and making sure everyone has the same copy is quite important.
Soooo... heres the problem.

I uploaded a file called "Civilization_Wars_2_Beta_v2.03.w3x"
And when i download it, it's called "Civilization_Wars_2_Beta_v2[1][1].03.w3x"

How can i prevent this?

Thanks in Advance.

The script rename the files when it find files with the exact same names on them.
There is no way to make them not to rename other then replace the other files with the same name to them.
(removal of files with the same name will have to be done manually through ftp)

I think it also may have something to do with you naming your file with 2 periods. The DL manager maybe renaming them as to not mix up the fact that it thinks you have two name extensions on the end of your file. Try naming the file something like this.

Civilization_Wars_2_Beta_v2-03.w3x

Hmm, thanks, but I decided to stop using tinyPortal and SMF as a whole, because on 1024x768 computers, it looks "fat" with the two extra sidebars on the side and bottom.

Thanks anyway.

Well there are always options to "not" use the sidebars and still benefit from the article system and stuff. Your decision though.
