Hi, i am looking to modify the TP slightly to allow people to signup, then add a 'project' once they added a project, they will be able to assign files (downloads) to that project and add updates/news etc to the progress of the development of that project.

Maybe it would be easier if i just explain here what i am trying to acheive.

Ok, from the top.

This is a modding website for people who make custom modifications to the computer game 'Unreal Tournament 3'

1. I would like them to be able to sign up and then once they registered they can click 'add a project' this could be based upon articles, e.g. where they choose a category and a title etc.

2. They can then add downloads as normal but the downloads added would show only in his 'project page'

3. The user could then keep track and update other users on progress of his modification and upload new files relating to that modification.

4. That user would also be able to choose other members from the forum to join his project and then that user would have ability to make updates, and add downloads too. But the project owner would need to be able to remove this other user from the project at any time.

5. I would like the 5 latest project updates to show on front page above my featured article.

6. I would like a block with the last 5 added projects

i think all the features are there already just not sure how to combine them in the way that i want.

Please advise possible costs for this. I dont really wanna have to go to rentacoder or scriptlance for this.
