Receive
In God, I live and move and have my being.

As I think about how the sun freely shares its warming rays and the air supplies life-sustaining oxygen, I am reminded that God is continually and freely blessing me. God created me and gives to me in ways that build me up and enrich my life. It’s in remaining receptive to Spirit that I receive.

And what I receive into my life as a blessing from God does not grow stagnant because of lack of use. Love received grows in my consciousness and reaches out to others in tender and meaningful ways. Divine wisdom refines my thoughts and actions so that I am not thinking about what is “going wrong” in my life; I am giving thanks for what is right.

As I receive the goodness of God, I invite even more blessings into my life.
