TinyPortal does not show up when member log in

Hi, my forum is http://www.lunaoscura.net/, I'm using SMF 1.1.3 and TP 0.9.8, and WoW-DK 1.1.3v1 as the theme.

The installation via the packet manager went fine, and if I roam around everything works as it should. But the problem arise when other come to the forum. Users who are not logged in, can see TinyPortal as it should (screenshot #1, logged-out.png), but once everyone log in, TinyPortal disappears and the forum appears "standard" (screenshot #2, logged-in.png).

I tracked down the problem to memebergroups: if a user is an administrator or it's not in any group, it will see TinyPortal; if it's in any group (even newly created users, in newly created groups), It can't see TinyPortal.

I couldn't find anywhere an option like "Enable TinyPortal for this group", and I don't know what to do next.

You need to check the Individual Block permissions. Each block has a set of permissions for member groups.
Once you have the permissions set correctly, everything will work fine.
Also note.. when you create a new member group, you will have to update the permissions for every block again to include the new group.
