I need help on navigation

I check and searched the forums but i dont know how to make it so i have a navigation. Not like the home members forums and that. i want to make a new page with content on it like forgehub.com has but i dont know how can anyone help me.

a Splash Page with links into your site?? try looking at http://www.w3c.org, or googling for it..

i have no clue i check your site but nothing i could find my self. i just want a navigation with links to another page in my website

goldtupac, could you follow the posting guidelines please? At this point, I don't even know if you are trying to use TP to do this. Or even if you are just trying to do it with just SMF. Please provide as much detail as possible so that we don't have to go back and forth asking questions just to find out what you are talking about.
