TPDlmanager Errors after upgrade SMF from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3

I have SMF 1.1.3 with TP0.98 installed.
All is working fine, except the download manager.
Whenever I try to create a download category, I get this:

Field 'subitem' doesn't have a default value
File: C:\apache\htdocs\cebucityforum.com\Sources\TPdlmanager.php

I HAVE run also the manual_install.php to update the database and get a confirmation that s the DB was updated.

Even after Manually modifying the DB to give subitem a default, I get this:

I can not activate the dl manager. Everytime I try to create a category, I get this error.

Have you tried running the manual_tp_install.php file again to see if it will fix anything?
