TinyPortal install problem

I use my edited theme not default or babylon and on my index.template.php i cant find some lines ... i need heklp if anyone can edit my index.template.php and style.php for me PLZ.

Just to check and not to sound patronising!!   Have you enabled TP?  It will be someehere in your Admin Panel Under "Configuration" then "Current Theme"  it should be a box you tick, I do believe!!

He's using a custom theme Zodiac. Not one of the themes from here.

I AM using TP themes, but I can't get TP to install at all.  I've been scouring the countryside looking for an explanation, and this caught my eye.  I don't see that check box anywhere in my Current Themes page.  Am I just missing it somewhere, or does it have to detect a valid install.  I can go through the TP install process, and it says it works fine, but no features appear on the forum or in Admin.  Help?!
